How to become a CSC Sathi retailer?
After Registration and KYC activate of all services. You only add money to your wallet to make transactions for your customers.
What documents do I need to join?
You need your Aadhaar card, PAN card, a photo of your shop, bank account details and an active mobile number linked to Aadhaar.
How and when do I receive my commission?
Commission is credited to your wallet instantly after every successful transaction. You can move it to your bank account at any time.
Do I need special equipment?
Most services work on any Android phone. For AEPS you need a UIDAI-certified fingerprint scanner, and for Micro ATM a card device. We can help you buy both at partner prices.
Can I join if I already run another business?
Yes. Kirana stores, mobile shops, photocopy and cyber cafés, medical stores and many other shopkeepers add CSC Sathi to earn more from the customers they already have.
Is my money and my customers' data safe?
Yes. Transactions run through regulated banking partners. They are protected by eKYC, biometric and OTP checks, and all data is sent over encrypted connections.
How do I raise a complaint about a failed transaction?
Call or WhatsApp our support team with the transaction ID, or raise a ticket from the Help section of the app. Most failed transactions are reversed automatically within 24 to 72 hours, depending on bank rules.
Can I offer only some of the services?
Yes. All services are activated for and you can choose which ones to offer at your counter.
