By using the CSC Sathi website, app or services, you agree to these terms and to any service-specific terms of our banking and service partners.
Partner eligibility
Partners must complete KYC, give accurate information and follow all applicable laws, RBI guidelines and partner bank policies.
Wallet & transactions
You are responsible for transactions made with your login. Commission rates may change, and any change is shown in the app.
Prohibited use
You must not use the services for fraud, money laundering or any unlawful activity. Misuse will lead to immediate suspension of your account.
Limitation of liability
CSC Sathi is not liable for delays or failures caused by bank servers, network outages or events outside our reasonable control.
